Andrea is a dedicated Customer Support professional with over six years of experience delivering high quality service across customer experience, technical support, and project coordination roles. She began her career in technical support which later transitioned to more customer care facing roles. Currently helps our lead operations working closely with our account management team managing projects, handling client and vendor inquiries and supporting our client's supply needs.
Andrea is known for her strong communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence, as well as her ability for problem solving in real time.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Andrea is known not only for her skill set but for the energy she brings to her work: calm under pressure, thoughtful in her communication, and always willing to learn.
