He began as a professional drummer before moving into the business side of the music industry, earning his Master of Arts in Music Business from Berklee and eventually founding his own entertainment company. His work across artist management, touring, and co-working operations refined his ability to navigate complex environments and build relationships rooted in trust and clarity.

Since joining Alder, David has brought that same relationship-first philosophy to workplace services. As a Senior Account Manager, he partners closely with clients across a national portfolio, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. His thoughtful communication, steady presence, and problem-solving mindset help make Alder’s service feel both seamless and personal.
