Sergio’s career has been shaped by adaptability, service, and a strong teamwork mindset. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from Brazil, but his path has moved through multiple industries, from running his own business to working in sales and sales leadership, before ultimately finding his place in finance.
His first role with Alder brought him into the U.S. market as a Project Coordinator, an experience that broadened his perspective and strengthened his ability to navigate change. As Alder evolved, Sergio moved across departments with ease, quickly mastering new processes and supporting teams wherever he was needed. Today, as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, he leverages that versatility to deliver clarity, consistency, and care across all client interactions.
Known for his natural rapport-building and collaborative spirit, Sergio has earned the trust of both clients and colleagues. He helps ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and a reliably smooth experience for everyone involved—all while staying closely connected to U.S. teams from his remote base in Brazil.
